  中華民族偉大復興,構建國敘必然伴隨著文化復興,中國必然伴隨著話語吸引力和感染力的話語和中提升。在新的事體歷史起點上,堅持以習近平文化思想為引領,加快不斷(duan)開創國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)傳(chuan)播工作新局面,構建(jian)(jian)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)敘(xu)(xu)就要深刻認識到構建(jian)(jian)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)話(hua)語(yu)和(he)(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)敘(xu)(xu)事(shi)體系體現了我們黨提高國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)家(jia)文化(hua)軟實力、中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)占據國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)道義(yi)制高點的話(hua)語(yu)和(he)(he)中(zhong)戰略謀劃,就要著(zhu)力打造融通(tong)中(zhong)外的事(shi)體新概念新范疇新表述,講好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故事(shi),加(jia)快傳(chuan)播好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)聲(sheng)音,構建(jian)(jian)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)敘(xu)(xu)形成同我國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)綜合國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)力和(he)(he)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)地位相匹配的中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)話(hua)語(yu)權(quan)。

  1.堅守中華文化立場,話語和中破除抽象二元論

  習近平總書記指出,事體(ti)堅(jian)守(shou)中(zhong)華文(wen)化(hua)立(li)場,提煉展示中(zhong)華文(wen)明的(de)精神標識和(he)(he)文(wen)化(hua)精髓,加快構建中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)話語(yu)(yu)和(he)(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)敘事體(ti)系,講好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)故事、傳播好中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)聲音,展現可(ke)(ke)信、可(ke)(ke)愛、可(ke)(ke)敬的(de)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)形象。這一(yi)重要論述,指明了(le)構建中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)話語(yu)(yu)和(he)(he)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)敘事體(ti)系的(de)文(wen)化(hua)立(li)場和(he)(he)實踐路徑。

  堅守中華文化立場,構建中國話語和中國敘事體系,其基本思路在于從中華優秀傳統文化中汲取養分。要做到這一點,首要的就是破除“傳統—現代”的抽象二元論。這種二元論,將傳統理解為落后的、愚昧的、僵化的,將現代理解為進步的、文明的、發展的,認為傳統必然阻礙現代化,實現現代化必須要否定傳統。二元論還常以“傳統—現代”兩分法闡釋東西方文化之間的關系,兩者的差別被建構為傳統與現代、落后與先進、愚昧與文明之間的對立。破除“傳統—現代”的抽象二元論,其直接意義在于科學理解和把握中華優秀傳統文化的積極意義。習近平總書記強調,“中華優秀傳統文化是中華民族的突出優勢,是我們最深厚的文化軟實力”。中華優秀傳統文化的積極功能表現在諸多方面,從構建中國話語和中國敘事體系的角度看,有兩點不可忽視:其一,中華文明5000多年綿延不斷、經久不衰,在長期演進過程中,形成了中國人看待世界、看待社會、看待人生的獨特價值體系、文化內涵和精神品質,形成了博大精深的思想體系,孝悌忠信、禮義廉恥、仁者愛人、與人為善、天人合一、道法自然、自強不息等,至今仍然深深影響著中國人的生活和精神世界。其二,中華優秀傳統文化對于解決人類社會難題和現代性危機具有重要作用。中華優秀傳統文化蘊藏著解決當代人類面臨的難題的重要啟示,可以為人們認識和改造世界提供有益啟迪,可以為治國理政提供有益啟示,也可以為道德建設提供有益啟發。正如習近平總書記所指出的,中華優秀傳統文化是中華(hua)民族的文化根脈,其(qi)蘊含的思想觀(guan)念(nian)、人(ren)(ren)文精神、道(dao)德(de)規范,不僅是我們(men)中國人(ren)(ren)思想和精神的內核,對解決(jue)人(ren)(ren)類(lei)問題(ti)也有重(zhong)要價值(zhi)。

  2.破西方話語霸權,立中國話語體系

  話(hua)(hua)語(yu)背(bei)后(hou)是思想(xiang),揭(jie)示(shi)的是道理;敘事背(bei)后(hou)是事實(shi),反映的是實(shi)踐(jian)。習近平(ping)總書記指出:“要(yao)加快構建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)話(hua)(hua)語(yu)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)敘事體系,用中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)理論闡釋中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)實(shi)踐(jian),用中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)實(shi)踐(jian)升華中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)理論,打造融通中(zhong)(zhong)外的新概念、新范疇、新表(biao)述,更(geng)(geng)加充分、更(geng)(geng)加鮮明地展(zhan)現中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)故事及其背(bei)后(hou)的思想(xiang)力量和(he)精神力量。”基于中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)理論和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)實(shi)踐(jian),構建(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)話(hua)(hua)語(yu)和(he)中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)敘事體系,關鍵在于破立并舉,雙管(guan)齊下。
