  在科學把握馬(ma)克思主義文化(hua)觀基本(ben)內涵的(de)基礎(chu)上,立足馬(ma)克思主義文化(hua)觀,擔負(fu)新時代新的(de)文化(hua)使命,我們應(ying)該做(zuo)到以下三個方(fang)面。

  其一(yi),著眼(yan)文(wen)化主體性,堅(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)。習近平(ping)總(zong)書記指出,自(zi)(zi)信(xin)才能自(zi)(zi)強。有(you)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)的(de)(de)民族,才能立得住(zhu)、站得穩、行得遠(yuan)。中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華文(wen)明歷經數千年(nian)而綿延不絕、迭遭憂(you)患而經久不衰,這是人類文(wen)明的(de)(de)奇(qi)跡,也(ye)是我們自(zi)(zi)信(xin)的(de)(de)底氣。堅(jian)定(ding)文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin),就是堅(jian)持走自(zi)(zi)己的(de)(de)路。擔(dan)負新時代(dai)黨的(de)(de)文(wen)化使(shi)命,必(bi)須立足中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)華民族偉大歷史實(shi)踐(jian)和(he)當(dang)代(dai)實(shi)踐(jian),用中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)道(dao)理(li)總(zong)結好(hao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)經驗,把中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)經驗提升為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)理(li)論,既不盲從各種教(jiao)條,也(ye)不照搬外國(guo)理(li)論,實(shi)現精神上(shang)的(de)(de)獨立自(zi)(zi)主;必(bi)須通過一(yi)系列(lie)宣傳教(jiao)育工(gong)作,把文(wen)化自(zi)(zi)信(xin)融入全民族的(de)(de)精神氣質與文(wen)化品格中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),在(zai)全社會不斷涵養昂揚向(xiang)上(shang)的(de)(de)風貌和(he)理(li)性平(ping)和(he)的(de)(de)心態(tai)。

  其(qi)三,著眼文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)階(jie)級(ji)性(xing)(xing)(xing)和實踐性(xing)(xing)(xing),堅持守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)。習(xi)近平(ping)總書記指出,對文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設來(lai)說,守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)才(cai)(cai)能不迷(mi)失(shi)自我、不迷(mi)失(shi)方向,創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)才(cai)(cai)能把握時(shi)(shi)(shi)代、引(yin)領(ling)時(shi)(shi)(shi)代。擔(dan)負新(xin)(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)代黨(dang)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)使命,必須(xu)同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)和創(chuang)新(xin)(xin),守(shou)(shou)住(zhu)(zhu)馬克思(si)主義在意(yi)識形(xing)態領(ling)域指導地位(wei)的(de)根本制度,守(shou)(shou)住(zhu)(zhu)“兩個結合(he)”的(de)根本要求,守(shou)(shou)住(zhu)(zhu)中(zhong)國共產(chan)黨(dang)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)領(ling)導權和中(zhong)華(hua)民(min)族(zu)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)主體性(xing)(xing)(xing),守(shou)(shou)住(zhu)(zhu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)為人(ren)民(min)服(fu)務的(de)根本立場;同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi),根據時(shi)(shi)(shi)代實踐的(de)新(xin)(xin)發展(zhan)新(xin)(xin)變化(hua)(hua)(hua),不斷(duan)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)思(si)路、話語、機制、形(xing)式(shi),在馬克思(si)主義指導下真正(zheng)做到古為今用、洋為中(zhong)用、辯(bian)證取舍、推陳出新(xin)(xin),實現(xian)傳統與現(xian)代的(de)有機銜接(jie),賡續歷(li)史(shi)文(wen)脈、譜寫當代華(hua)章,為強國建(jian)設、民(min)族(zu)復興提供強大的(de)價值引(yin)領(ling)力、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚力、精(jing)神(shen)支(zhi)撐力。

  新(xin)(xin)時代新(xin)(xin)征(zheng)程,擔(dan)負(fu)新(xin)(xin)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)使(shi)命,必須深刻把(ba)握馬克思(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)文(wen)化(hua)觀(guan)的(de)基本內涵,深刻認識(shi)習近平(ping)總書記關于文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)新(xin)(xin)思(si)(si)想新(xin)(xin)觀(guan)點(dian)新(xin)(xin)論斷同馬克思(si)(si)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)文(wen)化(hua)觀(guan)的(de)一脈(mo)相承,著眼(yan)文(wen)化(hua)文(wen)明的(de)主(zhu)(zhu)體性(xing)、多(duo)樣性(xing)、階級性(xing)和(he)實踐性(xing),堅持(chi)自信自強、開放包容、守正創新(xin)(xin),扎實推進社會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)文(wen)化(hua)強國建設。
