  國家統計局發布數據顯示,做大做強2023年,文化全國規模以上文化及相關產業企業實現營業收入129515億元,新聞比上年增長8.2%。隨筆守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)統計數據(ju)顯示,創新產(chan)業文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務業支撐作用穩步增強,做(zuo)大(da)(da)做(zuo)強文(wen)(wen)娛休閑行(xing)業快速(su)恢復(fu)。文(wen)(wen)化(hua)當(dang)前,新聞全(quan)國文(wen)(wen)旅(lv)市場一(yi)片火熱(re),隨筆守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)經營性企業生產(chan)實現恢復(fu)性增長,創新產(chan)業文(wen)(wen)化(hua)產(chan)業在守(shou)(shou)正(zheng)創新中不(bu)斷做(zuo)大(da)(da)做(zuo)強,做(zuo)大(da)(da)做(zuo)強成為推動我國經濟高質(zhi)量發展的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)重要引擎。

  文化是凝聚人心的精神紐帶,又是增進民生福祉的關鍵因素。發展公共文化服務,是保障人民文化權益、改善人民生活品質的內在要求,是補齊文化發展短板的重要途徑,事關社會主義文化強國建設大局。黨的十八大以來,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央高度重視文化產業發展,健全現代文化產業體系和市場體系,創新生產經營機制,完善文化經濟政策,培育新型文化業態。數據顯示,2023年,文化服務業實現營業收入67739億元,比上(shang)年增(zeng)長14.1%,增(zeng)速明顯快于全(quan)(quan)國規模以上(shang)服務業(ye)(ye)企業(ye)(ye)整體(ti)水(shui)平;文(wen)化服務業(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)收入占全(quan)(quan)部規模以上(shang)文(wen)化企業(ye)(ye)的(de)比重為52.3%,占比高于上(shang)年2.7個百分點;對全(quan)(quan)部規模以上(shang)文(wen)化企業(ye)(ye)營(ying)業(ye)(ye)收入增(zeng)長的(de)貢獻率為85.4%。這些耀(yao)眼的(de)數據(ju)是我國文(wen)化產業(ye)(ye)進(jin)入高速發展期的(de)生動體(ti)現(xian)。

  當前,我國文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產業體(ti)系(xi)逐步健全(quan)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)市(shi)場更加繁(fan)榮有(you)序、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)供給(gei)不斷豐(feng)富。近年(nian)(nian)來,《關于(yu)加快(kuai)構建現(xian)代公(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)意見(jian)》《國家基(ji)本公(gong)共(gong)服務標準(2023年(nian)(nian)版)》等(deng)政(zheng)策文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)件的(de)(de)出(chu)臺(tai),引(yin)領(ling)推動了公(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設投入(ru)穩步增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang),文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產業提(ti)質升級以及(ji)覆蓋城鄉(xiang)(xiang)的(de)(de)公(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務效能明顯提(ti)高(gao)。剛剛過(guo)去的(de)(de)春(chun)節假(jia)(jia)期(qi),我國文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)消費(fei)市(shi)場異常火熱,各地(di)舉辦了豐(feng)富多(duo)彩的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)旅活動,吸(xi)引(yin)了大量市(shi)民和游(you)(you)客(ke)參與體(ti)驗(yan)。相關數(shu)據顯示,2024年(nian)(nian)春(chun)節假(jia)(jia)期(qi)全(quan)國國內(nei)旅游(you)(you)出(chu)游(you)(you)4.74億(yi)(yi)人(ren)次(ci)(ci),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)34.3%,國內(nei)游(you)(you)客(ke)出(chu)游(you)(you)總花費(fei)6326.87億(yi)(yi)元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)47.3%。此外(wai),入(ru)出(chu)境(jing)旅游(you)(you)約(yue)683萬(wan)人(ren)次(ci)(ci),其中出(chu)境(jing)游(you)(you)約(yue)360萬(wan)人(ren)次(ci)(ci),入(ru)境(jing)游(you)(you)約(yue)323萬(wan)人(ren)次(ci)(ci)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動豐(feng)富多(duo)彩,各地(di)舉辦“村(cun)(cun)晚(wan)”、戲曲進鄉(xiang)(xiang)村(cun)(cun)、圖書(shu)館(guan)里過(guo)大年(nian)(nian)等(deng)群眾文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動約(yue)15萬(wan)場次(ci)(ci),線上線下約(yue)6.69億(yi)(yi)人(ren)次(ci)(ci)參與;全(quan)國營(ying)業性演出(chu)場次(ci)(ci)1.63萬(wan)場,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)52.10%;票房(fang)收入(ru)7.78億(yi)(yi)元,同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)80.09%;觀演人(ren)數(shu)657.65萬(wan)人(ren)次(ci)(ci),同(tong)(tong)(tong)比(bi)增(zeng)長(chang)(chang)(chang)77.71%。亮眼的(de)(de)是,人(ren)們(men)慶祝春(chun)節的(de)(de)方式也在(zai)發生(sheng)變化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)。云逛(guang)廟會、春(chun)節觀影、逛(guang)博(bo)物(wu)館(guan)、冰雪旅游(you)(you)、團(tuan)購送禮成為人(ren)們(men)過(guo)年(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)新習俗(su)。

  完善公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務體(ti)系(xi)還應(ying)持續發(fa)(fa)力(li),以期不斷(duan)滿(man)足人(ren)民(min)(min)群(qun)眾多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、多(duo)層次、多(duo)方(fang)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)精神文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)需求。公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務只能堅持向改革(ge)要(yao)效(xiao)益(yi),進一步探索(suo)現代(dai)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務體(ti)系(xi)建設體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)改革(ge)路(lu)徑,著力(li)解決制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)約公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務高(gao)質量發(fa)(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)突出矛盾和(he)問題,推(tui)動公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務向高(gao)品(pin)質和(he)多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升級,更好(hao)滿(man)足人(ren)民(min)(min)群(qun)眾對高(gao)質量美好(hao)生活的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)期待。時下,大數(shu)據、云(yun)計算、AR/VR等信息技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)應(ying)用,有力(li)助推(tui)了(le)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)體(ti)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)改革(ge)和(he)公(gong)(gong)共(gong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務運行機制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)革(ge)新(xin)。它們推(tui)動了(le)新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)方(fang)式的(de)(de)(de)(de)形成,并壯(zhuang)大了(le)消(xiao)費(fei)(fei)主體(ti),而新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)市場需求也催生了(le)元宇宙(zhou)文(wen)(wen)旅、博物館文(wen)(wen)創等新(xin)業(ye)態,特別是網絡文(wen)(wen)學(xue)產業(ye)近(jin)幾年來實現內容精品(pin)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),現實題材創作多(duo)樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),IP不斷(duan)融合發(fa)(fa)展,掀起出海熱潮。此外,數(shu)字技術(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)創新(xin)應(ying)用還將促使文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生產要(yao)素不斷(duan)實現優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)組合,使文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)產業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展空間越來越廣闊。
