　　我(wo)最喜歡的(de)中國美食(shi)是云(yun)(yun)吞(tun)面(mian)(mian)。這家(jia)(jia)店(dian)做(zuo)廣(guang)東美食(shi)。大約160年前(qian)的(de)清朝，最早的(de)云(yun)(yun)吞(tun)面(mian)(mian)記錄就出現(xian)了。據說有個湖南人在廣(guang)州開了一(yi)家(jia)(jia)“三楚面(mian)(mian)館”，這家(jia)(jia)店(dian)主要(yao)做(zuo)面(mian)(mian)食(shi)，包括好(hao)吃的(de)云(yun)(yun)吞(tun)面(mian)(mian)。經(jing)過(guo)(guo)多年，云(yun)(yun)吞(tun)面(mian)(mian)的(de)配(pei)方經(jing)過(guo)(guo)多次(ci)改(gai)良，云(yun)(yun)吞(tun)里加了好(hao)吃的(de)配(pei)料。

　　Hi there! My name is Huang Luofan, and I'm 8 years.

　　My dad was born in Wuhan and he moved to Shanghai after graduation. But he still loves making me some yummy Wuhan snacks like Regannoodles(hotdrynoodles) and Tofu balls.

　　From a young age, I've known that China is a great country with so many amazing foods. I love trying out new foods from different places whenever I go on trips.

　　Chinese food is famous all over the world. Right now, I'm in Yokohama’sChinatown which has lots of Chinese restaurants. It's a great way for people who haven't been to China to experience traditional Chinese culture. The food is definitely the best part. They have traditional dishes from all over China here.

　　My favorite Chinese food is wonton noodles. This place serves Cantonese food. About 160 years ago, during the Qing Dynasty, the earliest records of wonton noodles appeared. It is said that a man from Hunan opened a restaurant called “San Chu Noodle Restaurant” in Guangzhou. This restaurant specialized in noodles, including the delicious wonton noodles. Over the years, there were several improvements made to the recipe. They were filled with tasty ingredients like meat and shrimp.
